Franklin Ave. Aerial Photos
This is a view just west of downtown Franklin Park. Running across the top of the photograph, you can see the Milwaukee Railroad tracks. Towards the center of the photo is Belmont Ave.; just above that (running at an angle to Belmont Ave.) is Franklin Ave. At the center right of the photograph you can see the Franklin Park Lumber Co., and just to the left (in the upper center of the photograph) is Peterson Ovens. (Both of these companies are no longer in existence.)

This is the opposite view of the Milwaukee Railroad tracks running into the Bensenville Railroad Yards. The Tri-State Toll Road (294) curves across the right-hand corner of the photograph just below the Bensenville Railroad yards. You can also see the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad tracks veering off of the Milwaukee Railroad tracks. Near the right center of the photograph you can see the Franklin Park Water Tower. To the left of the Milwaukee Railroad Tracks is Franklin Ave. This is a nice photograph of the residential area south of Franklin Ave. The view is taken from just west of Washington St. and shows the area south of Franklin Ave. to Mannheim Road. The left side of the photograph goes to just south of Chestnut St.

Along the left side of this photograph is the Milwaukee Railroad tracks. Just to the right of them is Franklin Ave. The street, which runs perpendicular to Franklin, where Franklin begins its curve, is Lincoln St. Barely visible, between the aircraft's window and wing support is Mannheim Rd. You can see several of the businesses on the western edge of Franklin Ave. You can also see the residential area south of Franklin Ave. and east of Mannheim Rd.
