Friends of the Library

Become a Friend of the Library by joining our Friends Group. The Friends Group is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support the Franklin Park Library by providing volunteer services, sponsoring programming and events, and funding library programs. This group is made up of any interested individuals in the Franklin Park community and the local area.

2013 Meeting Schedule:

The Friends normally meet on the second Saturday each of month from 9:30AM - 10:30AM.

Friends Book Sale:

Bargain hunters and book lovers take note! The Friends of the Franklin Park Library has an ongoing booksale located along the library’s south wall. There is a wide variety of material available for all ages. The shelves are restocked several times a week so check back often. There are many used books in gift quality condition.

• Paperback books - 50 cents
• DVDs - $1.00
• Videos & CDs - 50 cents
